With the development of digital intelligence technology, digital teaching and talent training have become important issues in global education and have received widespread attention from society. To deepen the comprehensive reform of higher education and accelerate the digitalization process of higher education, it is necessary to clarify the factors that promote and hinder the transformation of digital teaching and learning methods in higher education. This study aims to seek effective digital education strategies, and through a series of in-depth user research and influencing factor analysis, it obtains the main influencing factors of the transformation of digital teaching and learning methods in higher education. Based on the literature research on the digitalization of higher education and combined with the current status of digitalization of higher education, an initial model of influencing factors was constructed. Conduct reliability and validity analysis and structural equation model analysis on the questionnaire survey results. The research results show that teacher factors, student literacy, technology diffusion, policy support, and data security have a positive impact on the transformation of digital teaching and learning methods in higher education. However, infrastructure and university support have no significant impact on it. The research results have reference value for institutions and governments to formulate relevant digital education strategies.
