Social justice has been regarded as one of the main goals of political economy and a core tenet of social policy. Thus, strategies for creating a fairer, more diverse and more inclusive society and labor market should be main objectives of social and labor policy. Such a policy agenda includes macro strategies like improving the governance of work to make it more inclusive or reviving labor market institutions to ensure equitable outcomes. Additionally, there are micro strategies which are closely linked to prioritizing the principles of fairness and impartiality in both the workplace and work itself. This includes integrating antidiscrimination measures and practices of social justice into every facet of work, such as staff diversity, organizational protocols, working culture, and beyond.
