摘要

Gallbladder cancer is frequently diagnosed incidentally after cholecystectomy performed for a different indication. Additional resection may be indicated based on a careful review of pathology and imaging. Simple cholecystectomy is an adequate surgery for T1a tumors, while limited hepatic resection and portal lymphadenectomy may be warranted for T1b or greater tumors, nodal involvement, or positive surgical margins. Chemotherapy prior to re-resection should be considered for high-risk tumors.
