The Secure And Fast Encryption (SAFE) method presents a novel approach to generating pseudo-random sequences suitable for both simulations and cryptographic security. By introducing a non-linear mixing process, SAFE enhances existing PRNGs that already exhibit the HELP properties-high-dimensional equi-distribution, efficiency, long period length, and portability. While classical linear generators such as MRG and MT19937 are widely used in simulations, they lack cryptographic security. SAFE overcomes this limitation by incorporating non-linear transformations, preserving computational efficiency while significantly enhancing security.

摘要
