The ability to tailor GenAI models to unique medical problems promises rapid progress, yet privacy, security, and ethical concerns demand robust strategies and legal frameworks to ensure that GenAI models are used more widely. Despite these obstacles, GenAI can adapt to the medical industry's specific needs.
