This chapter demonstrates the three-dimensional anatomy of the left cerebellar hemisphere and the left hemi-brain stem. The labeled and parcellated nuclei are shown on the left side, and the raw image of the surface of the left cerebellar hemisphere and the left hemi-brain stem, derived from the T1-weighted MRI scan, are shown on the right. As the periaqueductal gray is a small midline structure, this is shown complete and is not bisected down the midline.
