The medial occipital longitudinal tract (MOLT) connects the medial occipital lobe with the parahippocampal gyrus. The anterior end of MOLT is in the parahippocampal gyrus, inferior to the ventral cingulum, lateral to the quadrigeminal cistern. MOLT extends posteriorly in the lingual gyrus and then sweeps superiorly to reach the cuneus, which are its posterior terminations.
