Malignant Meningiomas
摘要
Malignant meningiomas represent 1–3% of all meningiomas and the classification of subtypes has changed over the years with the introduction of biomolecular markers. Despite rare, because of their aggressive natural history, they often represent a challenge in terms of surgical and pharmacological treatment. This chapter discusses the issue of malignant meningiomas from pathological, radiological, surgical, and pharmacological points of view and their implications on the outcome.
