摘要

Ukraine has made notable progress in the realm of energy transition, yet the refinement of strategic approaches remains imperative for achieving sustainable development. The evolution towards an efficient and sustainable energy framework necessitates collaborative endeavors among governmental entities, the private sector, and civil society. Prioritizing renewable energy sources emerges as a fundamental strategy to diminish reliance on conventional energy sources, enhance environmental conditions, and catalyze the creation of employment opportunities. The successful materialization of these initiatives demands advancements in technology, establishment of financial mechanisms, and stimulation of investment within the renewable energy domain. Furthermore, enhancing energy security mandates Ukraine's proactive engagement in harnessing indigenous energy resources and the shift towards eco-friendly technologies. The redirection of energy investments towards renewable sources not only furthers energy autonomy but also plays a pivotal role in mitigating climate change and promoting domestic production. The pivotal role of governmental support and the formulation of coherent strategies are essential for the flourishing of Ukraine's renewable energy sector, while the introduction of incentives and benefits is crucial for the energization of this promising sector. The section delves into the examination of energy transition in Ukraine, with a spotlight on the integration of renewable energy sources (RES) in this evolution. It underscores the significance of strategic planning and governmental backing as instrumental for the prosperous development of the RES sector within the nation. The principal focus is on augmenting the deployment of alternative energy sources in Ukraine, encompassing the evaluation and expansion of installed capacities under the “green” tariff scheme. It scrutinizes the dynamics influencing the efficacy of this mechanism and its application in fostering electricity generation from RES. Special emphasis is placed on the strategic deployment of renewable energy in the backdrop of Ukraine's military security. The exploration extends to the potential of RES in ensuring energy sovereignty and minimizing the susceptibility of energy infrastructure amidst military conflicts. This section offers an exhaustive insight into Ukraine's energy landscape, accentuating crucial elements of energy transformation and the significance of renewable energy development for the nation's stable and sustainable progression.
