摘要

Measurement transducers of voltage levels and measurement transducers of electrical power and energy are mainly used in power management systems. In three-phase electrical networks, the practical value of the main frequency direct sequence voltage is used as the actual voltage value. It is shown that it is rational to use combined devices, in which the allocation of the direct sequence voltage is carried out in an analogue way using filters of symmetrical components with the subsequent digital conversion and processing of information. The introduction of a corrector based on the aperiodic link of the first order into the scheme of the canonical filter of the symmetrical components of the direct sequence voltage is proposed, which allows us to practically get rid of the errors caused by the deviation of the voltage frequency. A universal measuring transducer for voltage level control is synthesized. A power and energy meter is proposed, which belongs to the group of methods of constructing converters with modulation of input signals and is reduced to summing up the counts of values of one variable with a frequency proportional to the current values of the second variable. In the proposed method, the most complicated multiplication operations are excluded. Induction and optical sensors of electricity consumption embedded in existing induction electric meters are proposed. The estimation of current electric consumption at the discrete representation of information is given. The errors of the measurement line and electricity metering elements are analyzed. A multichannel data transmission device based on the parametric method is proposed.
