摘要

Robotic-assisted liver procurement from living donors represents a significant advancement in the field of transplant surgery, offering precision, minimal invasiveness, and better outcomes for donors (1). The three main operations performed for this purpose are right lobe donor hepatectomy, left lobe donor hepatectomy, and left lateral donor hepatectomy. This chapter describes the step-by-step technical aspects of robotic living donor liver procurement for different liver segments, as well as summarizes the current literature on outcomes of robotic donor hepatectomy.
