Approaching the Liver Hilum in Robotic Liver Surgery and Pringle Maneuver
摘要
One of the main advantages of the robotic platform in complex liver surgery is the ability to perform meticulous dissection of the liver hilum. Comparable to the human wrist, the 7 degrees of freedom of the robotic instruments facilitates isolation of the various structures in the hilum, while the nonworking arms provides stable retraction, and the robotic optic provides magnified 3D camera view.
