Special Elements of Factographic Information Retrieval for Cognitive Technology

This paper describes the idea of creating an information system with cognitive block and pattern recognition block that could help researchers and developers in the field of cognitive technologies. Different papers for cognitive technologies were analyzed and have found important keywords for factographic information retrieval. It is proposed to store keywords in the factographic database. Special elements of factographic information retrieval includes a pattern recognition algorithm, three factographic databases and library of cognitive tools and methods. The first factographic database includes special keywords for cognitive technologies. The second factographic database includes special parameters and data for factographic information retrieval. The third factographic database includes document descriptions in the form of searching documents patterns for the fields of cognitive technologies. Key indicators of the effectiveness for this factographic information retrieval for analytical model was briefly presented. This model consists of effectiveness indicator: the average length of the recommendatory list used for cognitive technologies for factographic information retrieval systems. Finally, the main results are outlined.
