Elements of System Analysis and Factographic Information System for Telemedicine

摘要

This paper describes the idea of creating an intelligent information system with cognitive block that could help doctors. Patents (software) and invention patents (device) of Russian Federation were analyzed and have found inventions applying cognitive technologies. Some ideas for cognitive tools and methods from these patents can be applied for cognitive block. Programming languages for example Python, C++, Javascript, PHP are uses in this software. In addition, very briefly elements of system analysis are introduced in this paper. New structural diagram of the factographic information system with cognitive block for telemedicine was described. Intelligent information system consists of special intelligent block and two factographic databases. The paper adds to the consideration of the intelligent information system with cognitive block for telemedicine. C# language was selected because of its advantages over other programming languages. Prototype of the intelligent information system with cognitive block was implemented on C# programming language. Experimental operation of the intelligence factographic information system for telemedicine confirmed its effective operation for psoriasis diagnosis. Finally, the main results are outlined.
