In recent years, there has been a growing global trend toward recognizing diversity. Although this trend can be seen in Japan, it is not yet well understood. As one of these, the sexual minorities area has some issues. There are a number of communities and services for LGBTQ+, but these do not sufficiently cover young people. There are also many issues with the services available to minors, such as slander, identity theft, and use for the purpose of dating. This study develops a community site for young people to provide a place where they can communicate with persons concerned. Furthermore, an identification verification will be introduced to prevent the participation of users with inappropriate purposes, with the aim of creating a system that can be used with peace of mind by the concerned persons.
