Clearing the Path to Authentic African Ontology and Physics: The Journey to Kemet

Having succeeded in identifying the sins and limitations toward a reliable account of African ontology, this chapter concerns with the origin of Ìwà as an idea that may be traced to KemetKemet. In this chapter, I deduce that the nature of philosophical transactions on Kemet, as indicated in the various mystery schools are suggestive of an event ontology which bears semblance to how the Yorùbá conceive reality. To make bold my claim, I find the concept of Nun among the ancient Egyptians and the concept of Ìwà among the Yorùbá as a validation of an event ontology which places emphasis on the study of Being as Being where God is not smuggled into the discourse as an equivalent of Being. After exploring the historical narratives aimed at indicating the relationship between Kemet and Yorùbá, I proceed to offer a brief glimpse into the discourse on what is portrayed as nothingnessnothingness in African thought as well as how it can assist with making the Big BangBig Bang theory more relatable.
