IL&SP systems on the basis of different technology levels (Chap. 11), no matter of what branch of industry and different location types (Chap. 12) theoretically result in 9 initial configurations (image 245). Taking into consideration the general cycle of location development and its influence on the performance and capital binding with high industry specifics a whole “kaleidoscope” of location configurations comes into existence which must be taken as a basis for the elaboration of an IL&SP system.
