Chylous Leakage After Gastrectomy
摘要
Abdominal chylous leakage is a rare but recognized postoperative complication that can occur after abdominal surgeries, including radical gastrectomy for malignancy. Although infrequent, this condition can be potentially life-threatening if not promptly identified and managed. This chapter aims to provide a comprehensive overview of abdominal chylous leakage, with a focus on its recognition, diagnosis, and management, to help practicing gastric surgeons navigate this complex issue and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
