This paper introduces a novel energy management system that synergizes solar power, grid energy, and an EV battery for optimized energy utilization. We analyze three operational scenarios: a base case relying on grid power and EV battery, a case incorporating solar power without energy sell-back, and an advanced scenario with renewable integration and energy sell-back capability. The results demonstrate enhanced energy efficiency and cost savings, showcasing the system’s potential in transforming residential energy management towards greater sustainability.
