The Use of Fuzzy IF-THEN Rules for Modeling Relationship Between Steel Alloy Composition and Its Characteristics

摘要

The problem of increasing the efficiency and service life of a heavily loaded metallurgical tool, despite numerous studies and many years of searching, still does not have an optimal solution and is a very urgent task of scientific, technical and practical importance. An analysis of literature sources shows that the promising direction for improving the quality of large-sized metallurgical tools is the development of the optimal chemical composition of the microalloying complex of the alloy and the method of its thermal hardening. In this article, we consider construction of fuzzy IF-THEN rules from experimental data to describe the relationship between the composition of a material and its properties.
