Stabilization under safety constraints is the classical problem of control engineering practice. These constrains may specify a safe setSafe/safety set of the system states as well as a safe regulation time of the system. This chapter is devoted to homogeneous control design for linear plants with conic state constraints. Nonovershooting stabilizers and safety filters are developed. Their robustness with respect to various perturbations is analyzed.
