Research and Engineering Application of Energy-Saving and Emission Reduction Technology for a Certain Nuclear Power Unit
摘要
The original design and operation mode of the condensate polishing system for a million kilowatt nuclear power unit had problems such as high water consumption of desalinated water, high energy consumption of plant electricity, high discharge of wastewater, and high consumption of acidic and alkaline chemicals, which affected energy conservation and emission reduction. In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption in the operation of the nuclear power plant condensate polishing system, a fast operation mode and reliable thermal backup maintenance method for the condensate polishing system were developed. While ensuring the safety of the steam generator feedwater quality, the operating burden of the condensate polishing system was significantly reduced, and the consumption of desalinated water, wastewater discharge, and the use of acidic and alkaline chemicals were significantly reduced. The synergistic effect of energy conservation, carbon reduction, and pollution reduction of the unit was significant.
