Study on the Factors Influencing the Gelling Behavior of Phosphate Ester/Al3+Oil-Based Gel
摘要
The effects of the solubility of phosphate ester with crude oil, the concentration of phosphate ester, the ratio of phosphate ester to Al3+, pH value, viscosity of initial gel solution, temperature and water content of crude oil on the gelling behavior of oil-based gel were studied. The results show that the solubility of phosphate ester and crude oil is beneficial to improving the performance of oil-based gel; In the range of the best crosslinking ratio of gel, with the increase of phosphate concentration and the decrease of pH value, the gelation speed of gel is accelerated, and the temperature resistance and shear resistance are enhanced; In the range of optimum pH value of gelling, the increase of gel acidity and initial gel viscosity is beneficial to the formation of good gel; In addition, temperature has little effect on the gelation rate of the prepared initial adhesive solution.
