Development and Field Application of a New Amphoteric Fungicide for Polymer-Containing Wastewater

At present, the widely used fungicides are compound fungicides based on quaternary ammonium salt. In order to solve the problems of poor germicidal effect of polymer drilling fluid and low rate of SRB reaching the standard due to the reaction inactivation between conventional fungicides and polymers, a biquaternary ammonium sulfate fungicide was designed and synthesized, and analyzed by infrared, nuclear magnetic and elemental analysis. Its structure was characterized. The fungicide has both efficient bactericidal functional groups and anionic anti-sedimentation groups. The performance evaluation showed that when the concentration of the fungicide was 55 mg/L, the bacteria concentration was 0 after incubation at 40 ℃ for 4 h. At the same time, the fungicide and polymer have no coagulation phenomenon, and have no influence on the turbidity and viscosity of the polymer drilling fluid.
