摘要

The wide range of applications of nanomaterials in the field of science and technology has drawn attention to the potential impact of nanotechnology in the field of concrete. Studying the fracture behavior of concrete under load is essential to ensure the reliability of the structure under extreme conditions. In this paper, the three-point bending test of nano-silica concrete is carried out, and the fracture toughness and fracture energy are calculated based on the “Hydraulic Concrete Fracture Test Regulations” and ASTM specifications, and the effects of nano-silica content on the fracture properties of concrete are obtained, respectively. The results show that the addition of silica can significantly increase the fracture energy of nano-silica concrete, and with the increase of nano-silica, the load of nano-material concrete increases first and then decreases, and the fracture toughness increases first and then decreases. With the increase of nano-silica, the average effective crack length decreases first and then increases. In addition, the influence mechanism of nano-silica content on fracture characteristics was explored, and the optimal content of nano-silica content was obtained. This paper can provide a certain reference for construction engineering.
