Exploring Intelligent Construction Practices: A Case Study of Feilong Bridge
摘要
There are no web crack in the continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel webs and the main beam deflection was small. Because of these advantages, this bridge type was widely used. Characterized by a continuous rigid frame bridge with corrugated steel web, Feilong Bridge’s main span was 560 (100 + 180 + 180 + 100) m. The bridge featured double-legged thin-walled piers and single box composite box beams. Addressing challenges in main bean cantilever construction technology in precision and complexity, an intelligent construction method was proposed. Two core technologies were applied in this approach: an intelligent transportation system by the Beidou system and a lightweight intelligent bridge deck crane. This method had been demonstrated a remarkable construction speed of seven days per section for the main beam, with installation accuracy of the corrugated steel web cantilever reaching the millimeter level.
