Research on Intelligent Vibration Parameters of Assembled Lightweight T-Beam Members

With the evolution of urban development and the increasing demand for space utilization, the advantages of assembly construction are becoming more and more prominent, and gradually developing towards industrialization. But nowadays, prefabricated components are still uneven, loose and other quality defects, at the same time, the vibration step as an important part of the impact of the quality of prefabricated components, so control the effect of vibration, is conducive to the control of the entire prefabricated components of the final quality. In order to effectively control the precast T-beam concrete internal defects due to vibration as well as the apparent quality and other problems, the article takes the Anhui wisdom beam yard as an engineering example, and designs the vibration parameters when pouring light T-beam, and studies the influence of each vibration parameter on the quality of precast components. The parameters include the number of layers of materials in the vibration process, the concrete mix ratio of pouring, and the vibration frequency of attached vibrator. The results show that: the reduction of layering height, or more refined pouring, is conducive to the full exhaustion of each layer of concrete in the process of pouring and vibration, and the small bubbles can rise from the lower layer to the upper layer more smoothly and gradually in the process of vibration, thus reducing the phenomenon of small voids and holes; appropriately increasing the frequency of vibration is conducive to the reduction of the area of the large bubbles in the horseshoe portion of the lower part of the T-beam, and it also improves the strength of the whole.
