Translation can be considered one of the most powerful agents of change, one of the driving forces of innovation and learning in today’s globalized world. Finally, one of the main questions that came to light was whether translation (due to its contribution to the cultural identity of the target text) promotes intercultural knowledge exchange and creative adaptation. To identify such contributions, a qualitative approach was chosen. More specifically, the study was conducted using an analytical tool that first served to provide a descriptive literature review, then to develop arguments and finalize conclusions. The study aims to show whether translation has any impact on innovation and learning, primarily by analyzing previous research.
