This study aimed to identify the crisis management strategy. The study was conducted on institutions and companies operating in the Bethlehem Governorate. To achieve the objectives of the study, the two researchers prepared a questionnaire to collect the necessary data from its various sources to achieve those goals. The two researchers relied on the descriptive analytical approach to conduct the study and the questionnaire as a main tool for collecting information. The study was conducted on a random sample of (60) questionnaires. The sample items were distributed to the study population, employees of institutions and private companies in Bethlehem Governorate. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: The results showed that the degree of planning and its role in crisis management in private institutions in the Bethlehem governorate was great. The most common manifestations were that private institutions depended on preventive measures to prevent the occurrence or recurrence of crises, followed by private institutions interested in collecting and discovering signs of defect (danger) that It may be an indicator of the occurrence of the crisis, and the least common is that experts and specialists from outside the company are used when preparing crisis management plans. The results showed that the degree of the role of information in managing and confronting crises in private institutions in the Bethlehem governorate was great. The most common manifestations were the private institutions’ concern for the integrity and accuracy of information related to crisis management, followed by the availability of a database for crisis management. The results showed that the degree of the communication system’s role in crisis management in private institutions in the Bethlehem governorate was great. The most common manifestations were the availability of various communication systems (telephone, fax, internet) for crisis management, followed by accurate communication processes. And quickly to limit the aggravation of the damages of the crisis, and the least common of these was the availability of human cadres capable of dealing with the available communication systems.
