The objective of this chapter was to assess the impact of the adoption of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, specifically its dimensions such as system quality, service quality, information quality, user satisfaction, and task completion, on the stock price of industrial companies listed in ASE. In order to accomplish the research goals, a comprehensive descriptive and analytical approach was employed to examine the population of industrial companies listed in ASE, which amounted to a total of 33 companies. A questionnaire comprising 27 items was developed by the researchers to evaluate the implementation of the ERP system. A total of 203 questionnaires were distributed to financial managers, department heads, accountants, and auditors working in these companies. Ultimately, 169 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed, representing an 83.3% response rate. The stock price was measured by the annual closing price of these companies over the financial period spanning from 2014 to 2021. Descriptive statistics, including frequencies, percentages, and arithmetic means, were utilized to analyze the study hypotheses, alongside the application of a multiple linear regression equation. The findings of the study indicated a high level of ERP system implementation. The findings additionally indicated that the introduction of the ERP system has a significant influence on the stock price of industrial firms listed in ASE. It is strongly advised that industrial companies persist in the implementation of the ERP system and enhance its utilization across all departments. This will enable better evaluation of departmental performance, identification and rectification of weaknesses, and ultimately enhance the efficiency of the company’s units. As a result, the company’s financial position will be positively impacted, leading to an improvement in its stock price.
