The purpose of this research was to delve into the incorporation of artificial intelligence in information systems and examine its influence on the performance of e-business, particularly in Jordanian banks. In order to achieve this goal, a descriptive-analytical approach was adopted. The findings provided substantial statistical evidence that advocated for the significance of integrating artificial intelligence in improving decision-making processes. With data analytics provided by intelligent machines, humans can make precise decisions and gain deeper understanding of complex problems. This reflects AI’s ability to analyze and discover patterns that lead to meaningful conclusions. To strengthen cybersecurity, I recommend relying on the integration of artificial intelligence. In today's technological society, cybersecurity can never be underestimated. Electronic crises occur more frequently every day, which can lead to threats against people within the group. These problems are growing day by day, and I believe increasing artificial intelligence and cybersecurity can help. If we work together to protect our society, I believe we will have a greater chance of successfully protecting our programs from electronic attacks.
