The objective of this study is to examine the influence of brand dimensions on the decision-making process of purchasing hybrid cars in the Jordanian market. The dimensions that are considered in this study include perceived brand name, perceived quality, perceived reputation, perceived price, and perceived value. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses, a sample of 550 hybrid car users in the Jordanian market was randomly selected, and the questionnaire was distributed electronically due to the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 535 questionnaires were collected, resulting in a retrieval rate of 97%. The researchers utilized the descriptive analytical method, as it was deemed suitable for the nature of the study, and employed appropriate statistical techniques using the SPSS software. The findings revealed a statistically significant impact of brand dimensions on the decision-making process of purchasing hybrid cars in the Jordanian market. Furthermore, the results indicated that the dimension of quality had the most substantial influence among the variables examined, sharing equal value and significance with the reputation variable in shaping the decision to purchase hybrid cars. The study was concluded by providing a series of recommendations, with the utmost significance placed on the imperative to augment the consciousness of the individuals within the study sample. Furthermore, it is advised to prioritize aspects that received subpar or indifferent evaluations, duly considering them. Additionally, the study suggests the importance of closely monitoring users of hybrid cars, particularly with regard to the latest models and the reputation of their respective brands as determined by the pertinent authorities, and incorporating this information accordingly.
