摘要
The purpose of this study is to assess how strategic intelligence influences the development of organizational agility in the Jordanian Social Security Corporation. The study encompassed all general managers employed in the General Administration of the Jordanian Social Security Corporation, totaling 285 managers. To align with the study’s objectives, a random sample of 165 managers was selected. The valid response rate for analysis was 90.3%, with 149 managers participating. The findings revealed a significant impact of strategic intelligence on the development of organizational agility within the Jordanian Social Security Corporation. The level of strategic intelligence was determined to be moderate, with an average score of 3.64, while the level of organizational agility was also moderate, with an average score of 3.65. The results indicated that motivation, partnership, and strategic alliances had a statistically significant influence on the development of organizational agility in the Jordanian Social Security Corporation. However, the dimension of strategic vision did not have a statistically significant impact on organizational agility development. Based on the findings, the study recommended the implementation of employee incentive programs and the strengthening of strategic vision and guidance at various managerial levels within the Jordanian Social Security Corporation. Additionally, it was suggested to establish strong and enduring partnerships with external stakeholders.
