The purpose of this article is to gain insight into the application and importance of translating psychological concepts in an era dominated by modern technological tools and educationally relevant content. The preceding section is an informative introduction in which the author aims to further explain the research aims and objectives as well as the overall structure of the paper by dividing it into two main parts. The authors believe that the effective communication of psychological concepts and ideas through accurate translation into different languages and cultures is of great significance as it may contribute to the field of cross-cultural psychology and improve translation practices. Furthermore, the authors emphasize that learners’ training effectiveness and engagement may vary due to different linguistic, social and cultural backgrounds, thus requiring more diverse and interactive teaching strategies, including extensive simulations, case studies, etc. Interpersonal Psychological support maximizes learner engagement and effectiveness. The article further believes that employee training methods should not limit trainees to a theoretical perspective, but should emphasize the combination of life coaching and active role-playing to help them deal with various life scenarios in a highly proactive and proficient way.
