Conducting a case study of Queen Alia International Airport, the aim of this research is to explore the impact of creative leadership on employee performance. The descriptive analytical method was employed, with the study encompassing a population of 20,000 male and female employees at the airport. To ensure comprehensive representation, a sample of 231 employees was selected, including individuals from various departments, holding different job titles, and spanning all managerial levels. The distribution of an electronic questionnaire yielded 213 valid responses, accounting for an impressive 92.2% of the sample size. The study yielded the following findings: the role of creative leadership in enhancing employee performance at Queen Alia International Airport was deemed moderate. Furthermore, there was a statistically significant effect, with a significance level of (a = 0.05), for problem-solving, decision-making, flexibility, and adaptability in improving employee performance. Based on these results, it is recommended that creative leadership at the airport be strengthened, fostering an environment that encourages sharing experiences and embracing necessary change processes.
