The primary objective of this chapter is to examine the influence of visionary leadership on the strategic growth of Coca-Cola Jordan. The researchers measured the independent variable, visionary leadership, using four dimensions: vision, values, inspiration, and empowerment. The dependent variable, strategic growth, was evaluated based on three dimensions: expansion, innovation, and sustainability. The study included a population of 120 administrators, which comprised the general manager, department managers, heads of departments, and supervisors at Coca-Cola Jordan. A comprehensive sampling method was employed, and the study tool utilized was a questionnaire consisting of 46 items designed to assess the dimensions of the variables. All 120 questionnaires were distributed to the participants, resulting in 96 completed and analyzable questionnaires, indicating an 80% response rate. The descriptive analytical method was adopted to achieve the research objectives. Various statistical tests were conducted using the SPSS program to analyze the data and test the hypotheses. The findings of the study revealed a statistically significant impact of visionary leadership dimensions (vision, values, inspiration, and empowerment) on the dimensions of strategic growth at Coca-Cola Jordan. The strong and significant correlation between the dimensions of the independent variable and the dependent variable was evident, as the visionary leadership dimensions accounted for a substantial 66.2% of the strategic growth. Furthermore, both the levels of visionary leadership dimensions and strategic growth within the company were observed to be notably high. To enhance visionary leadership within the organization, the study recommended the incorporation of employee perspectives in the formulation of the company's vision, as well as their active involvement in its development. This would involve granting employees some decision-making power to address the challenges they encounter and empowering them to effectively carry out their responsibilities.
