The study seeks to examine how strategic leadership practices influence the enhancement of marketing innovation among employees in insurance companies in Jordan. An analytical descriptive approach was utilized by the researcher, and the study population consisted of all employees in Jordanian insurance companies, totaling 2826 individuals. To collect data, a questionnaire was administered, and a total of 313 questionnaires were analyzed, representing approximately 92% of the distributed questionnaires and deemed suitable for the study’s purposes. The findings of the study indicated that strategic leadership practices in Jordanian insurance companies were rated highly, with a mean score of 3.86 and a standard deviation of 0.896. Marketing innovation in these companies was found to be at a moderate level, with a mean score of 3.21 and a standard deviation of 0.765. Furthermore, the results revealed a positive correlation between strategic leadership practices dimensions (vision setting, talents discovery, organizational culture enhancement, human capital development) and marketing innovation dimensions (service innovation, promotion innovation, pricing innovation) in Jordanian insurance companies. Based on these findings, the researcher recommended several important measures, including the need to keep up with technological advancements and the rapid changes brought about by the digital age, by providing the necessary equipment and devices to support marketing innovation.
