The Influence of Gendered Language on Leadership Decision-Making Styles
摘要
This study examines the relationship between gendered language and leadership styles. It sheds light on how linguistic norms and assumptions shape people’s perceptions and behaviors in organizational contexts. The paper looks at the ways in which language reflects and perpetuates gender biases in both leadership roles and decision-making processes. It explores how gendered language impacts leadership models, decision-making styles, and organizational dynamics, as well as stressing the differences in perceptions between male and female leaders. Furthermore, the study suggests strategies that will minimize gender bias in language and leadership, emphasizing the importance of fostering inclusivity and equality in the workplace.
