Importantly, this study sheds light on the complexities and intricacies of legal translation practice and also uncovers the challenges legal translators face in adapting to the changing environment resulting from globalization. The purpose of this study is to help readers understand the complexity of the practice of legal translation, which is an essential link in the competency of achieving justice and fairness in today’s globalized legal system. The study also highlights the need for further research and development in legal translation to meet the growing demand for qualified legal translators. The methodology describes a qualitative methodology with descriptive and analytical tools that allow you to discover the nuances of legal translation and understand the decision-making process of translators through the analysis of interviews, case studies and document analysis.
