Labor Relations During Marital State: Regulation Features
摘要
The article highlights the peculiarities of labor relations regulation under the legal regime of martial law in Ukraine. The main attention is paid to the analysis of changes in labor legislation related to the introduction of martial law. The introduction of martial law in Ukraine has significantly affected all aspects of citizens’ lives, including labor, which necessitated amendments to labor legislation regulating the main aspects of labor relations, in particular: conclusion of an employment contract under martial law; grounds for termination and termination of an employment contract; legal regulation of working hours and rest periods; wages; suspension of an employment contract, etc. The Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Optimization of Labor Relations» is an important step in the legal regulation of labor relations under martial law in Ukraine and is aimed at strengthening the effect of the Law «On Organization of Labor Relations under Martial Law» and eliminating the gaps that have arisen in labor law as a result of the introduction of the legal regime of martial law. The authors summarize the current changes in labor legislation and define the basis for the development of platform employment as a possible new type of labor relations for Ukraine.
