A General Review of Public Policy Adaptation in Digital Era
摘要
The only discourse between the state and citizens of all kinds (individuals, institutions, media audiences, commercial companies, etc.) is the policies that the state draws up in order to regulate the relationship between the two parties. In all cases, public policies are used to outline the features of the continuation of the contractual relationship between the state as the sovereign and the public of its citizens as the main contributors to the continuation of the state and to benefit from the services provided to them by their state. In the world of digitalization. That blue world open to everything and everything, how can these policies address an audience that is completely different from the traditional, familiar audience? This paper reviews (261) scientific resource to explore how general public has been divided into two categories as a result of dealing with digitalization and its tools, then extracts the impact of these tools on the various industrial sectors and the general disturbances they have caused in them, and the mechanism for adapting policies specifically designated for business sectors in dealing with the requirements of the new digital era.
