摘要

This research investigates the relationship between artificial intelligence (AI) and job performance. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) offers a distinctive context for analyzing how artificial intelligence (AI) affects different industries and workforce dynamics because of its aggressive goal for a knowledge-based economy and its quick adoption of new technologies. By automating monotonous jobs, enhancing decision-making processes through data analytics, and promoting skill development through tailored learning platforms, AI technologies have the potential to greatly improve job performance. But there are also significant worries about the ethical ramifications of AI use and the loss of jobs. This research attempts to assess the opportunities and problems that artificial intelligence (AI) presents in connection with job performance through a review of recent literature and case studies from the United Arab Emirates. It talks about how to use AI to improve human capacities, reduce the risk of job displacement, and create an atmosphere that is conducive to long-term economic success. To handle the disruptive consequences of AI technology responsibly and successfully, politicians, corporations, and educators must ultimately comprehend the growing relationship between AI and job performance in the United Arab Emirates.
