Emerging Management Issues and Workplace Performance: An Analysis of the Healthcare Systems in Nigeria and South Sudan
摘要
This research examines the difficulties associated with managing workplaces in South Sudan and Nigeria, specifically focused on the Ministry of Health in Juba and the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital in Nigeria. This study examines the effects of unethical activities, temporary labor, and paternalistic employment on the performance of workplaces in the health sectors. The study used descriptive survey methodology and correlation analysis, with a sample size of 400 respondents from both nations. The findings demonstrate a clear and positive correlation between the increase of managerial issues and the performance of the workplace. The research suggests the adoption of stringent ethical guidelines for employees to improve organizational performance, as well as the implementation of thorough supervision and monitoring of policies and procedures to guarantee adherence to laws, regulations, and directions. The data indicate that the environment does not affect the occurrence of management challenges in these African states.
