摘要

The utilization of the HRIS in the human resources (HR) department and its effect on an individual’s capacity for innovation are the main subjects of this study. The HR department examined the associated hypotheses and proposed a research model. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Employee Engagement, with a particular emphasis on perceived utility as a mediating function. The research was conducted in public-limited companies, where data were gathered from employees. SPSS software was used for data analysis, and regression and the Sobel test were performed to meet the study’s objectives. HRIS improves employees’ capacity for individual innovation. Furthermore, it has been discovered that the association between HRIS usage and personal innovation capacity is moderated by the affective commitment of employees. Indeed, a positive and noticeable impact of HRIS on the individual innovation behavior of HR personnel is observed in proportion to the affective engagement of employees with their firm. Clarification of certain lines that contribute to an increase in personal creativity is made possible by the study. Pharmaceutical firms can achieve a competitive advantage and improve organizational performance and success by using HRIS efficiently in a market that is changing quickly.
