The Triad of Success: Enhancing Employee Performance Through Multiple Factor in Payment Gateway Enterprise

摘要

The competitiveness and continuous expansion of the company are directly related to the role of human capital management. Workplace culture, work habits, and self-confidence affect worker productivity. This study investigates the effects of non-physical workplace, self-efficacy, work discipline, and employee performance in PT Finnet Indonesia. The research used a quantitative methodology combined with a descriptive and controlled strategy. The main study population consisted of 292 permanent employees. The sample size was calculated using the Slovin formula, resulting in 169 samples with a sampling error of 5%. A questionnaire was used to collect primary data, and probability sampling ensures that every member of the population had an equal chance of being selected. The data analysis technique used in this study included description and verification through partial least squares (PLS) structural equation modeling (SEM). The research results of the investigated hypotheses are as follows: (H1) Self-efficacy significantly affects the performance of employees of PT Finnet Indonesia, (H2) Non-physical work environment significantly affects the performance of employees of PT Finnet Indonesia, and (H3) Work discipline significantly affects the performance of employees of PT Finnet Indonesia.
