摘要

The ease in the movement of goods, services and people is one of the defining factors of globalization. Over the years, it was possible to bring seamless mobility of goods and services to actualization. However, mobility of persons is a different story. While there is an increase in mobility of persons recorded across the world, the legal regime that governs such mobility remain fragmented. This is also true for intra-African mobility where the legal regimes governing mobility, particularly labor mobility, are still underdeveloped.
