The new spreading virus JN.1 is spreading in India rapidly and raised a new health concern. People including children are found infected in various cities. This new mutation is caused due to environmental impact and adaption for survival. Virus made a concern to the medical professionals to combat and restrict its spread as a pandemic. In this research paper, we analyzed the nature of the new mutated virus. Prediction of mortality rate and probability of child deaths are analyzed. The JN.1 mutation is a descendent of earlier variant SARS-CoV-2 BA.2.86, commonly known as Omicron. In this paper, we analyzed the symptoms of the new virus with its immediate predecessor in terms of its severity, symptoms, and structural differences. Based on analysis we find and predict that this new variant will not impact as deadly Delta variant which was spread in India in late 2020. The predicted lifespan of the JN.1 virus will be 3 to 6 months in India and will vanish as its predictor Omicron. We used Random Forest for accuracy among the tree-based regression algorithms.
