The objective of this study is to check how the price of a property is dependent on various features and to finally predict the price of a house property using Regression algorithms. We will also be comparing various regression techniques and checking accuracy of each technique, finally fitting in the best possible algorithm for predicting price of a property. Study may be helpful for a seller to estimate what the selling cost should be offered to a customer based on the features of the house. Various data mining techniques have also been used to predict the price of a property, based on market trends and customer inputs. For price prediction, classification algorithms have been applied based on market trends.
