Acute Myeloid Leukemia Risk Stratification
摘要
Acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) genome is highly heterogeneous. Chromosomic and mutation abnormalities determine clinical outcome and, more importantly, the necessity for targeted and/or cellular therapy after induction. Several stratification tools are available to guide physicians in risk-adapted AML interventions. In this chapter, we describe clinical and laboratory parameters that may assist in identification of “high-risk” leukemia features. Additionally, we present validated European Leukemia Network 2022 stratification tools that allow selecting AML patients for consolidative cell therapy.
