Progressively, personal health records are being kept in information centers presented by hospitals, corporate sector. As sophisticated procedures for extrapolative analysis on health data continue to be developed, it is likely that, in the future, additional computation will be done on private patient data. While encryption delivers a tool for assuring the privacy of health record information, it restrictions the for functioning on such health data. Conservative encryption procedures used today deliver only very limited opportunities or none at all to operate on encrypted data without decrypting it first. The cloud computing technology service in the health department has changed in price-effective and appropriate conversation of personal medical records. Keeping the personal medical information to cloud computing based is capable to theft report and calls for the evaluation of method that makes sure security to the personal medical data. Therefore, we recommend method called Enhanced Security Services to Share of Personal Medical Record in the Cloud computing. These schemes protect Patient-Centric control on the personal medical records and maintain the privacy of the Patients Personal Medical Record. Patients store the encrypted data on the cloud computing servers and they provide access to different users on different parts of the personal health record. A semi-trusted proxy is set up and re encryption server is present to set up the public and private key pairs and to create the re-encryption keys. This method is secure opposed to insider warnings and implement a onward and regressive access control.
